Improving Maternal Healthcare for Vulnerable Women in EU28: What Can You Do

This project report provides an overview and understanding of the political reality on issues vulnerable pregnant women (VPW) are facing when accessing maternal healthcare, and the challenges governments face to provide it. The findings have led to the development of key recommendations to EU member states which will act as a stepping stone to integrate into EU policies access to maternal healthcare for vulnerable pregnant women. The results will provide politicians and policymakers with an authoritative
benchmark, facilitating better policymaking.
