Good health and care services for people with developmental disabilities

The Norwegian Directorate of Health has published a guide on good health and care services for people with developmental disabilities. Its goal is to help people with developmental disabilities and their families to live a good life in line with their own prerequisites, wishes and needs. The guide describes good practices in important areas such as individual facilitation, life transitions, habilitation, health follow-up, and collaboration with relatives and guardians. The guide also has links to practical and useful tools, as well as methods from other actors.
