Flemish Poverty Reduction Action Plan 2015-2019, Belgium

The action plan is a dynamic instrument to combat poverty in Flanders. The Flemish Government wishes to take up its commitment to permanently involve the important stakeholders in the further implementation of this action plan. This action plan outlines a structural and participatory poverty reduction policy based on concrete objectives formulated for each of the basic social rights (participation, social services, income, family, education, leisure activities, work, housing and health). Each member of the Flemish Government is therefore responsible for the realization of these objectives within the framework of his or her policy domains, includes the necessary actions in this action plan and will report on this.
