This site is managed by the Epidemiology Service and the Documentation Center – DoRS of the Piedmont Region and has the following objectives:
enhance and disseminate the results of the White Paper “Equity in health in Italy. Second report on social inequalities in health “and its updates, to stimulate and assist in the development of an Italian program to combat inequalities by policy makers
- document effective interventions, policies and programs to tackle inequalities both nationally and internationally
- collect, select and disseminate good practices adapted to the local context that can work to reduce inequalities
- make available to all stakeholders, decision makers and operators a virtual space for the exchange of documents and discussion to find problems and solutions for their own context.
