EuroHealthNet is committed to protecting and respecting privacy. We comply with applicable data privacy legislation in regards to processing personal data.

How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you visit our website, register for an event, sign-up to receive one of our mailings or newsletters, or express interest in learning more about EuroHealthNet in any other way. If an individual chooses to provide personal information, this is also stored. When you register for an event, we may record special requirements, for example, relating to dietary and mobility/access needs. If they choose, an individual may send other information to be recorded – however this is not
Information regarding what web pages are accessed and when is collected for website analysis purposes but anonymised.

- Send you updates about EuroHealthNet, the European Union, or members’ activities, programmes, events, or consultations.
- Send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you.
Who has access to your information?
Only authorised staff have access to the information provided by our contacts. Our database is located in the EU.
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal information is not, generally, shared with anyone outside the organisation.

We occasionally may share your information with third party service providers or subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process your registration to an event). However, when we use third party
