Webinar: Ramadan & COVID-19 (2020)
To support EuroHealthNet members with some of the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, an informal online meeting was held with Dr Farha Abbasi, a renowned psychiatrist and international expert in Muslim Mental Health at the University of Michigan (USA), to talk about the topic of Ramadan (23 April – 23 May 2020) and COVID-19. How can we halt the spread of the infection, make the Ramadan and celebrations as positive an experience as possible, and maintain trust between the different communities?
