Transferable Good Practices Grid

This tool helps identify and evaluate transferable good practices in prevention and health promotion. Its structure comprises three areas that aim to make good practices more transferable: principles and values; design and evaluation; and sustainability and transferability, with a focus on the determinants of health, health promotion and equity.
