RECHANCE – REhabilitation approaches for providing former prisoners with personal development and society entry CHANCEs

This project aims at developing adequate educational material in order to support former prisoners in their social reintegration. RECHANCE is a two-year project (01/11/2020-30/10/2022) implemented with the co-funding of the European Union’s ERASMUS+ program.

In particular, the objectives of the project are to:

  • Provide former prisoners with knowledge and skills that are necessary in terms of personal development and participation in social events
  • Enhance their skills in social interaction
  • Strengthen the process of their reintegration by developing relevant educational material, tools and resources

Within the framework of this project, an online interactive platform will be created, including educational material that will be addressed to former prisoners and educators working in the field.
