Pilot project related to the development of evidence based strategies to improve the health of isolated and vulnerable persons

This report shows the most effective strategies for improving the health of people living in isolated and vulnerable situations in the European Union. The report was part of the VulnerABLE project. The strategies revolve around four main thematic areas:

  1.  Universal approach to healthcare.
  2. Multi-sectoral approaches.
  3.  Addressing real needs.
  4.  Addressing the socio-economic determinants of health.
