Mental health and race at work: Resources for businesses

The City Mental Health Alliance (United Kingdom) has created a variety of resources that aim to increase the business community’s understanding of race and mental health in the workplace. These include a downloadable PDF report with evidence and information about race and mental health in the workplace, a toolkit of resources designed to help you implement a strategy for supporting BAME staff, an  a 3-hour training course.

The resources are ideal for senior leaders, HR practitioners, or others who can influence company strategy who are interested in building a workplace that is more mentally healthy for BAME staff.
