Lithuanian Health Preservation and Promotion Development Programme approved

The government has approved the Health Conservation and Strengthening Development Program as part of the National Progress Plan for 2022-2030, which will be coordinated by the Lithuanian Ministry of Health.

The programme provides for three key lines of action, including the management of health threats:

  1.  improving the management of health threats and health risks;
  2. strengthening the mental health of the population and developing the control and prevention of psychoactive substances;
  3. improving access to quality public health services in the regions.
