Health in the wellbeing economy across the WHO European Region

This is the main evidence synthesis paper for the WHO European Regional High-level Forum on health in the wellbeing economy. It sets out why we need to shift to wellbeing economies and the role that can be played by many different stakeholders, as well as outlining several examples already being implemented.

The paper includes evidence and case studies, supporting exchange between countries and experts, and collaboration with other international institutions. The Regional High-level Forum is a way to demonstrate WHO Regional Office for Europe’s leading role in this endeavour, and to answer a need from the countries involved – both big and small – for concrete steps forward.
