Guide for User-Representation in Health Systems

This guide sets out the steps to create user-representation in health systems. It covers why such representation is important for our health systems. The steps covered are (1) the legal aspects of user-representation in health systems; (2) the effect of representation on each component of the health system and health policy; (3 & 4) the main struggles, such as quality of care and patient safety, as well as the rights of users of the health system.
