Gender sensitive workplace health promotion

Health has a gender. In order to give both women and men fair opportunities for better health in workplace health promotion (WHP), the gender aspect should be taken into account in every phase of workplace health promotion. The aim of this report is to sensitize actors in WHP processes with regard to the dimensions of gender and thus also to contribute to increasing the quality of WHP processes. For this purpose, criteria and questions for the practice of gender-sensitive WHP as well as models of good practice are made available.
