Database of health promotion projects (French)

Projets Partagés is a French language database with health promotion projects. it was created in 2011 and is managed by the Centre local de Promotion de la Santé. The database was designed by the IT compagny Affinitic, and presents health promotion projects implemented by professionals in the province of Walloon-Brabant in Belgium. Each project is displayed on a page including a title, a summary, the objectives, a description of the activities, the involved partners, the applied tools, evaluation, etc. The projects are linked to the partners who ran them. A brief description of those partners is also available, as well as a description of educational tools that are used in projects. In February 2012, the CLPS of Luxembourg joins the project. This database is slowly growing given the inputs of the professionals.
