3<\/strong> Assert the need for systemic change and strengthening of health promotion and disease prevention services as part of sustainable health systems.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

\"The scale of investments needed requires us to act smartly and differently, to create new partnerships and to liaise better with the finance sector. We developed this e-guide as an initiative by the Coalition of Partners to strengthen Public Health Services of the WHO European Region. We also worked closely with the Steering Board for Social Infrastructure in Brussels. We aim to mobilise health policy makers and managers to explore new investment structures for health equity. This e-guide is a start and we welcome additional ideas and resources.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
